Finding the Right Candidate

Contract and permanent placement for client companies — with specialized knowledge and established relationships that make the difference.

What We Do

Contract and Permanent

Both contract and permanent placements, depending on what the client needs. One-off needs are the norm — a single specialized skill gap that needs to be filled without a long-term hire.

Specialized Knowledge

Microsoft technologies are the core: C#, .NET web, SQL Server, Azure. Linux, Java, and Python are also covered when the project requires it. Depth matters more than breadth when a client has a specific need.

Variety of Technologies

Every client situation is different. The technology mix evolves with each engagement, and the goal is always to find the candidate whose skills genuinely match the need.

One-Off Needs

Many clients aren't looking for a permanent addition to headcount — they have a specific project or gap and need the right person for it. That's where we focus.

How We Work

An association of collaborating recruiters — not a single agency working alone. This gives clients broader reach and access to a wider pool of established candidate relationships.

Strong relationships with candidates and with the technology community mean that the right person is often reachable quickly, even when the skill set is narrow.

Why Clients Come Back

Clients tend to like the contractors they work with. When a project wraps up, it's common for the same contractor to be kept on for part-time or ongoing support work.

A good fit the first time reduces the cost and friction of repeated hiring. That's the result clients see when the placement is made based on genuine skill matching.

Service Area

Primary focus is the Toronto area and within roughly 100 miles. Ontario-wide placements are common, and other provinces are covered where remote work fits the role.

Projects run across Canada. The candidate's location is part of the picture — and when remote works, geography is rarely the limiting factor.
